Phillip Blair, a United States Marine Corps veteran, leads the mission with the same discipline and urgency that defined his time in the Corps. After years of military service and training warfighters in classified military programs as a government contractor, he transitioned to the spiritual battleground—founding Torch of Christ Ministries to carry the light of the Gospel into the world’s darkest and most dangerous places.
